I personally have an SX3 in 3 1/2" with a 26" barrel and I do love it. I've had good luck with it and its very lightweight. Haven't shot the others in your list, so I can't really say. But you are correct, all the autos are pricey! Do some googling in general and I bet you find a bunch of opinions. In a perfect world I'd say get a benelli, but the price tag is tough to swallow.
