Congrats, sounds like a fun weekend hunt.

Try this, cube up some of the breast meat into
Bite size pieces,put in a bowl stir in some of
Your favorite barbecue sauce, add a springless
Of red pepper. Let this marinate on the counter
For a couple hours. Then get your frying
Pan medium hot with enough olive oil to
Cover the bottom. Stir fry until done but
Don't over cook. Serve with your favorite
Rice or potatoe dish and vegetable or salad.
