Just took these Venison Summer Sausage chubs out of the smoker. We' ll end up with nearly 40 lbs of the stuff. I' m just thinkin that it' ll be some really good food out in a cold duck blind. The only thing worse than being cold wet and miserable in a duck blind is being cold wet and miserable and not in a duck blind.
