I have an old Savage 99 I love... 300 Savage with a rotary mag. Short of one of those I would probely get a Bolt gun in 30-06. Any of the major American brands are well made so just find one that fits you best. I have a Savage Bias BUT thats just Me. It' s you gun, and needs to fit you.
