What the Heck??
I seen a doe and a fawn tonight. They came in and fed around about 25-30yds to my right. No shot. I seen the doe had what appeared to be a third eye just bleow her right eye. She turned her head and I could see it was a wart or something. It was also pulling her eyelid down. I thought about it and decided that if she kept coming I would try to put her down.
They then turned around and went back the way they came. I got my Quaker Boys can out and turned it over 3 times and they came RUNNIN back. Her fawn went on past my tree and she stopped about 6-7yds away from it in a spot with no opening. She was lookin in every possible direction looking for the doe that just hollered at her. Then she went to a lane but it was on the other side of my tree and her fawn was to that side so I couldnt get turned to get a shot.
I got to thinkin, if that wart/mole/tumor/whatever that was, was pulling her lower eyelid down, could she be blind in that eye? If she cant close it and cant wet it, it would dry out and she would go blind in that eye right?
Should I take her if she gives me a shot just to put her down because of her eye?
What would yall do?
