try spending more time in hunting places where you can see a bit more area or try scouting with glass from a distance. your finding good sign but its probably night time travel areas. hunting over or near scrapes dont mean much and there have been plenty of studies with deer to prove that there getting visited at night or very early morning. most of the guys i know who are successful generally hunt the same spots year after year and know the deers every routine travel areas and so on. once you get a plan you will have better luck and those stands will probably produce deer every year. your just starting from scratch.
