Well Its been along time since I've been on this forum or online for that factoid. But now I have internet and should be poking around more often. Hunting season was good this year. But I put the muzzleloader to side for it. Ended up using a Thompson Center Contender that I inherited from my uncle. It was chambered in a 6.5 JDJ. Then I ended up buy another barrel from JD Jones chambered in a .375 JDJ. You should really check out his website.
www.sskindustries.com So I was able to shoot my first antelope and a muley with a handgun. Needless to say I was very happy and have the largest muley I ever shot. Antelope was shot with the 6.5 jdj at 113 yards and the buck with the .375 jdj at 150 yards.
