yesterday was our last day of muzzy season.i held out till the last min,kept looking 4 a buck but no luck.so i took the next best thing a nice young doe.seen the group at 2pm millimg around on a hill side.so i just waited till i could a clear shot an at 2:35pm she made into a clearing right at 125yrds. the encore sang out an when the smoke cleared she was down 4 the count.looks like we will be making jerky,salami an sausage this weekend.
