I wouldn't have believed it if I hadn't seen it with my own eyes. That bird was bent on giving him a good spurring, LOL! I would suggest that nobody try that on public land, but if you have a big tract of private property that you're sure nobody else is hunting on, that would be a cool thing to try out. He obviously blew that bird's brains out and that's what we're trying to do by calling a bird in close. Now we get an objection as to "that is too close"!
