Hard to get anywhere near 25mpg with a PU even a small one. I have a 2010 F150 with a 5.4V8 and I get around 20 on a trip and 18 around town. Not sure about that ecco boost. I think the dif in price would pay for a lot of gas. I plan to trade in a year or so and will look at Ford again. Much better ride and performance than all my previous Silverados.
