Raw scores are tough to use as a determinant unless you're shooting a "standard" round such as an indoor 300 or target 900 or Field. I've made over 1100 on 60 targets (longbow woodies off the shelf) BUT it was a 2 arrows per target, scored 11-10-8. I do shoot that particular tournamant from the compound stakes though. Sometimes I'll consider the percentage taken of all possible points.
Anyway, if you're an "abnormal" Trad shooter, it sounds like in way or another you're aiming at what you want to hit AND hitting what you aim at, which puts you ahead of the pack to begin with.
