some of it depends on how well you get along with your neighbors and what kind of equipment you have to work with. if you and your neighbors get along, then maybe you could put some larger plots in on both of your propertys and share the cost. you will defenitely need to get a soil test and fertilize/lime before and after you plant. it also depends on what you want to plant. if you plant clover, then it doesnt usually need full sunlight. there is a great website, check it out whitetailinstitute.com its a company that specializes in clover and mineral mixes for deer. i set up my trail cam over some of the 30-06 mineral mix and within 4 days the film was all taken. hope this info helps and good luck with your plots if you do decide to plant some.
