i also know tons and tons of guys who used the regular corelokts.......i used em once......either the bullets werent expanding or they were exploding on impact....ive seen a bunch of deer taken with a good hollowpoint or a nosler ballsitic tip and they all dropped or went short distances with a blood trail you didnt want to step in becuase youd get all bloddy......them corelokts even if my scope was broke and my hits were bad left very very little sign of a hit at all.......a few tiny drops of blood......i think if i would had my hollowpoints i would found the deer......i learned my lesson......dont buy cheap ammo and dont buy cheap scopes......ruined my year....i almost quit deer hunting because i thought i was the reason the deer were getting away.....till i found out my scope was broke when i gave it to dad(yes i gave him my scope i wasnt going to hunt) and he was having it mounted on a slug gun and hte guy checked it first and the crosshairs moved when you move the powers......crazy......but true.....so i bought a leupold and now hunt with hollowpoints or NBTs and they havent made it 20yds after being hit.....thats 2 last year so far........sure they put it in a new box gave it a new name and jacked up the price......but id bet its the same bullet in there........
