I have some incredible drop camps available in Colorado for the 2013 seasons for both archery and rifle hunts. On these hunts, you will be packed into the high country via horseback into a fully set up wall tent camp, which will be equipped with everything you will need during your hunt, right down to the silverware. You will be given a full orientation about the area being hunted, pointing out elk hot spots from seasons past, checked on every day or every other day and anything you have harvested will be packed out from the kill site. Cost is 1400-1600.00 depending on the camp. If you are looking for a quality do it yourself style rifle or archery hunt, these are the hunts you need to check out. We have had some camps go 100% year after year on these trips, and if you hunt hard, you will have a great chance of getting that Colorado bull.
