BARTER OR TRADE

I have 2 beautiful hunting cabins in Colorado. One home is in Pagosa Springs, CO in the middle of Hunting GMU's 75,751, 77, & 771. The other cabin is in Hot Sulpher Springs, CO Hunting GMU's 28 & 18.

These areas are amazing for hunting, fishing, hiking, soaking in the Hot Springs or a family vacation. The summers in Rocky Mountains are amazing, too. Both cabins are fully equipped with internet, cable TV, fully furnished and everything you need to have a wonderful time with the guys on a hunt or the family on vacation.

I am looking to trade for pheasant hunting, duck hunting, or pig hunting in Texas or other activities that fits both parties.

My hope is that this will be a long term relationship where both parties have a great time.
