As that famous Superhero "Captain Hindsight" would say, you should have hung on to that TC offset base. They are getting mighty scarce and are in high demand. The TC number for that base is 9930. You might monitor ebay and AuctionArms for one. They show up now and then, but not real often. The only other real option is to drill and tap for a flat Weaver style base.
