We can't do any of that in PA. 1st, we have antler restrictions. Either 3 or 4 points per side, depending on WMU. And you have to have a doe tag for that unit to shoot a doe. We have to positively identify what's on a deer's head before we can shoot. And, we can't use someone else's tag.
