Corey - I'm curious as to why you are buying your caps through the mail and willing to pay a hazsmat fee. You would have to buy an awful lot of caps to justify even a $20 fee. I'm sure you have a Gander Mtn, Cabelas, Bass Pro, or something within driving distance. Christmas is coming soon so my suggestion is to make a list, check it twice, and make a road trip!
