You are the 3rd person this month that has said the same thing about CCI-209M's sticking in the bolt.

I woud like to share a couple of thoughts, with the Lehigh or the new Knight plug with a vent liner - using a mag primer is really not needed. Basically the plug (primer pocket) was designed with the W209 in mind, of course other primers will work but I would always start with the W209.

In the case of the Lehigh/Knight BP I really think the Magnum primer create so much hot gas and such a increased amount of gas pressure in such a short time and combined with the natural blow back pressure from the bore they cause the actual primer portion of the 209 primer to push back out of the battery cap and are forced back into the primer hole in the face of the bolt.

Oddly enough if you mic' just the primer they measure .209" and the hole in the face of the bolt measures up to .177". With that and a soft primer metal it will be driven back into the hole. As GM said if you recock the bolt and dry fire it will normally drive the primer out of the face of the bolt and it then can be tipped out.

I really would suggest you try a W209 and see if the problem persists. People have also had good luck with STS 209's and regular Federal as well as Mag Fed primers.
