If you didn't pay much you can't go wrong. There are White owners that would be interested in that stock and trigger if nothing else.
I do agree that it is a shame the previous owner did not take care of it.

PS Plug that nipple and get some Kroil or some PB Blaster into that barrel and let it soak for a few days to hopefully help you get the breechplug out of there.
my first muzzleloader was worst and shot really well.
