RE: .30-06, 165 gr. Nosler Partitions

I have had great result with Hodgdon H-4350. I have just finalized a load with the Nosler Partition 165 grain bullet, CCI #BR-2 primers. Five shots at 100 yards went into .247" center to center. I used a Sinclair case gauge to determine the length in my rifle at 2.517". To reach that case length I used .270 Win. cases. The load was 59.5 grains. velocity was 2832 fps. I like the Hodgdon powders because they are not sensitive to temperature changes. The load I work up in the middle of the summer is the same load I shoot during hunting season.
