Step 3. You excitedly call out to the Keeper Of The Treasury, "Honey, come see this! What a deal!", and show her the ad. Then you say, "This was posted two days ago. I just know someone got a great buy." She, of course, will say something like "Well, you ought to try anyway", knowing it will make her look good with little or no risk.

Step 4. I will confirm the sale to you via e-mail. And may even send it to you one day.
