At least you can get a Doe permit. My father bought our camp in Forest Co. in 1974 and being a non resident all tags are gone even before we can submit ours. Wish they would go back to Doe season after Buck. I have never hunted with a Flintlock in PA, sticking with Archery-Gun. The last few years our herds have been way under what it was years ago.
