I seen a fawn earlier that still barely had spots, so when this one came in alone i thought it was probably a 1 1/2 year old. I was wrong. But the shot was a solid quartering away at 15 yards, arrow went in 3rd to last rib and came out in front of the offside shoulder. She only made it about 20 yards. I am just glad it wasnt a button buck or else i would really be kicking myself in the azz. Well i am just leaving the house for a morning hunt.
