They are suggesting loose powder that they like in their rifles. If you want to shoot pellets, then shoot pellets. I personally do not own an Accura. But if I were going to shoot pellets I would shoot Pyrodex RS pellets. As for which bullet to use, there are a lot of different ones out there. And I am sure if you experiment you can find one that works for you and is cost effective.

BlackHorn 209 is a powder. In the help section at the top of the page there is a discussion on the different powders. You might want to read that being new to muzzleloading.
