Even though I never got the chance to take it out in the elements I actually liked whatever they put on the Mountaineer. DynaTek? I didn't really know there was anything on it at first but after handling it there was no finger print marks or anything I thought that was nice. Again I never took it out but if it held up well I would rather have that stuff then any thing else really.
