Bill, I'm the wrong guy to ask about bareshafting, but lots of ppl swear by it. I've tried it & it does work if properly done, but I (personally) don't like the results I get. (LOL! That'd call for a flame job on "some" sites!) I'm sure most suppliers (RRA included)would furnish either finished arrows or shafting, plus you'd undoubtedly get the raw shafting much faster.
