I picked up my Bison for next to nothing and threw the same scope on it. I have to agree with you, they are not fancy but they are a shooter without question. That is some real good shooting there. That is a 50 caliber is it not? You ever try the UC Short Mag conicals? Underclocked really had this thinking shoes on when he designed that mold and got them ordered for us. Those 450 grain conicals are great shooters and there is no deer that could walk away from one. You know, I have never shot Great Plains Conicals out of mine. I have to try that some day. Some day Sabotloader will want to shoot conical bullets out of his baby White. Maybe I will have to mail Mike my Model 97 in .451 and he can freak out with a rifle that accurate with all his fancy bullets. I think that rifle has a 1-20 twist.
