I just wanted to put in a good word for the walkers game ear co.
I bought a game ear 2 about 2 years ago, since then, i could not find the adjustment tool that came with it.
I had lost it somewhere.
I contacted Sue,through e-mail at walkers, and asked her if i could buy the tool.
She e-mailed me back promptly, and asked for my address and said she would send a tool out to me free of charge!
That is going above and beyond for the customer.
Walkers, has a customer for life now!
