I have put them in boiling water. Sometimes that works I normally screw a 2" long screw into the nock and heat the screw with a propane torch, staying away from the arrow. That transfers heat to the nock and loosens the glue enuff to remove the nock
I use Firenocks and DO NOT glue them in so I can easily remove them
