I have been told that antelope meat isn't the best. Friend got one a few years ago and the guide told him he would be better off if he had it made into sausage.

And for a long time I thought antelopes were in the deer family. Now I find out they are goats! Being from the east coast I guess you can understand my misinformation on the goats.
