I have to vote for the Savage. I have a Savage 110 in .243. Friend has a Rem 700 ADL in 270. I shot them both from a rest, (picnic table with sandbags) and he shot them both. Mine was about $100 cheaper. Mine shot less than 1" at 100 yds. His shot About 1.5" . He' s now thinking that he should have spent less for the Savage.
I realize that the difference of the 1/2" isn' t that much, but the $100 bucks is.
