I have 5000 acre ranch in SE Colorado with 2000 acres of river bottom. The ranch has a lot of hunting elk, whitetail, muleys, turkey, quail, dove, coyote, rabbits, prairie dog. I was wondering what a person should be able to get out of leasing the whole ranch. If you have any ideas, let me know.
