I really can't say for sure, I'm no expert but if I had to GUESS I would have to say a Fallow Deer. Although fallows are not native to the US and Canada they are still imported for game ranches and other ventures. What gets me is the palmated split at the end of the main beam. This is common in fallow deer as well as the brow tines on your pic. They also get pretty big.

Another thing it could be is caribou which is native to Canada but caribou have a rocker type main beam to brow tine.

However it could also be an Elk with palmated beam. Like I said just guesses nothing set in stone but I did have fun researching it a bit.
