BK22000, did you try shooting the REALs in your bore? are your REALs filled out properly with sharp rings?

If you cast of pure PB they will obterate and fill the bore nicely.

.510 is the normal diameter of the grooves of a .500 bore after they cut .005 rifling, your bore is tight not loose at .509.
