I would say a Speer .452-300 grain deep curl but they are really hard to find right now.
I am not much of a Hornady fan because they can separate copper from lead on ocasion.
Sierra also makes a good .4515-300 grain bullets.
Then if you want to go to a preimium bullet, Barnes offers a bunch and Knight offers a .452-250 grain Bloodline that could really be awesome. I use a .458-275 grain Bloodline but there is not a sabot made for 458 to 54.
One other option which would be a bone crusher... there is a 50x54 sabot available that would allow you to shoot 50 cal Deep Curls... man talk about a dead animal...
Is the Speer .452-300 grain suppose to be meant for a 454 Casull DCHP...because on their website that is the only one that is .45 and 300 grains
