It all depends on the bullet you want to shoot. Harvester doesn't make any 54x50 sabots but they do make a really good 54x45 sabot. It loads pretty easy though and it might not work well in your bore. MMP also makes a 54x45 sabot, it fits a bit tighter in my 54cal.
Personally, i didn't buy a 54cal to shoot 45cal bullets when i can easily shoot 50cal 300gr-385gr bullets just as well or better. They will always make a 1/2 inch hole at least once.
