So I want to try again. I would love to hear any details anyone might have about the new Ultra-Lite. I am particularly interested to hear if anyone has any info about the action bedding. I have heard pillar bedding and also aluminum bedding. Does anyone know the details?
I think the gun is still some what in the unknown stage... It has been suggested that it is DISC Elite style with contured barrel, I am not sure but I think the barrel has been turned down even more to help reduce weight.
It uses a Carbelite stock of Kevlar and other materials to reduce weight and give it strength. It is pillar bedded, I do not believe it has aluminum action bedding.
I am trying to find out more specific information but I am on the order list to get one. I am hoping I can get one even earlier than the delivery date but I am not sure.
