JL, round patches may satisfy your sense of symmetry but they add nothing to accuracy or effectiveness. Many side-by-side tests have proved that round patches and square patches shoot the same. Just cut those suckers square with scissors and be done with it.
Works for me then. I have plenty of ticking and a good pair of scissors. Headed to camp later today to sight it in. Will let you know how that went. Had cut them square, 3/4 inch and seems to be perfect size. Lubed with vegetable oil!
