Bushnell Trophy Cams for me. You can usually pick them up on sale at one of the big box stores for around $140. I've run Cuddebacks, Moutries and some of the cheaper ones and I love the Bushnell Trophy Cams. Good detection area, have never had a problem not triggering and the battery life is unreal. I also use Cuddeback and really think they are a pretty good camera but run through battery life pretty quick, at least in anything below 40 I also think the IR could use some work but the flash ones do give good pics.

Personally, I'd stay away with anything that uses C or D cells if you plan on running it in any somewhat cold weather. You'll wind up spending more on batteries than you do on cameras. There are a few good review websites on out there that do some REALLY extensive tests that I have found helpful. Google reviews for the cameras you are looking at you should find the websites. I believe chasinggame is a good one.
