I load 180 grain XTP's for it over 14.5 grains if Lil`Gun for a velocity of 1600 fps. It gives me groups right at one-inch at 50 yards and two inches at 100. Haven't shot .38's out of it, just .357 Mags. It shoots 158 grain bullets pretty well, but not as well as the 180's. Also tried some hot 125 grain loads I have for a handgun. They didn't do well at all.
Cayugad - He can't see 50 yds without a scope. That's why he has the 3 sinful sisters around. So they can help guide him around his food plot. He'll soon be carrying a muzzy in one hand and one of those long white sticks with a red tip when he goes hunting.
