You got me Excited Ron! Our Walleye just finished there Spawn, we wont fish for them untill our First Tournament in Mid June. I cant Wait!
Have you ever ate the (Cheeks) from the Walleye? we cut the cheek meat out and boil them in some water with a beer added, boil for a short time them dip em in Butter, Oh there Soooooo Gooooood! almost taste like Lobster.
We have some Big Ol Walleye in Lake Erie, pictured is my buddy Greg with his 11.89 pounder he won 2nd place with and me with mine that weighed in at 11.31lbs, I won 10th place. Were both having them mounted and should be done any day now. Were going after the 12 and 13lbers we let slip away last year. they always manage to shake the hook just befor you net em.

Both of these Fish were 31 1/2". Im not sure how the Spawn went this year as Lake Eire never froze over, usually with the ice the water is calm under it for the spawn.
