In all fairness to BlackHorn 209.. its a good powder. And powerful. And if you have the right rifle, breech plug, and such it shoots really good. Also the price has come down in some places but still high in others. Yet as you mentioned and others... other powders can and do produce excellent results at less cost. And the clean up is not all that important of an item. In fact its kind of a pain in the you know where.
