Check some of the choke manufacturers websites or even call them. I know the guy that does Indian Creek has patterned most every popular turkey gun with his choke brand choke tube and can suggest some shells.

Also, look for a sporting goods store that sells individual shells. You might even talk them into selling them individually if they don't already. Both of the ammo places near me do this.

I bought 5 Nitro brand shells just yesterday. I put 1 in the chamber and back it with a couple cheaper shells in case I need a follow up shot.

You should see good results from the Mossberg. Their barrels are overbored and typically have good patterns.
