Let me get this right, top firing pin broke, safety loose, 3-4 week wait, top firing pin fixed, loose safety fixed. Gun goes boom when you close the action, no one injured, lawyer called. Firstly, I know nothing about this gun. Seems to me when they repaired the loose safety they misadjusted it or did not tighten it down. Call em, send it back, they'll fix it. Called a lawyer for what? Do you have any damages? NO! Is it irritating? Absolutely.

Bass Pro? I am not sure what their firearm return policy is. Many big box stores do not take returns on guns. That is why I normally do not buy firearms from them but buy from a local gun store where you actually get good customer service and help with returns when needed.
