This is a change in what i have been doing and I am really looking forward to it...
March 4th is the first Rondy shoot I will be able to make it to. It will be down next the the Snake River, just west of the Lewiston, ID and Clarston, WA - so you already can figure out the History in the area.
This is a change in my routine fro me, moving from shooting and testing a 1-20 Knight Super DISC to trying to master shooting PRB's again.
I really like going to these shoots, it is just fun to shoot and to somewhat compete with other folks although the competition factor is not the driving force. Feeling good about shooting is and then meeting new people with a common interest is alsways fun also.
These are my three Rondy Renegades... nothing spectacular, all with 1-48 twists, but a lot of fun shooting.
Top one is a 50 cal with a TC Tang peep sight.
Middle is another 50 cal with a Lyman Peep.
Bottom is a 54 cal with a Homemade Peep and a Lyman Glode on the front.
None of these are TC made barrels, they are all pre-warning and contract barrels built for TC.
I really hope to get a lot rounds put through these guns in the next few months... Just wish i were really better at it, but it is still fun shooting...
