My 3X10 Powder Horn arrived about a half hour ago. $60.94 with Louisiana State tax and shipping.

I set it atop a 4 ft. ladder in the back yard and viewed the brick facade of a house 100 yards out. I must say I'm impressed. Nice and sharp with almost zero edge blurring. I measured 3.75" of eye relief at 10X and 4.25" at 3X. I could not detect any parallax error at that distance whether it was set on 10X, 6X or 3X. I love the quick focus eyepiece.

At 12.2" it's longer than I like on a muzzleloader. But I just may have to put that sucker on the X7, or maybe on the .50 Renegade with its GM LRH barrel.

If I had to guess, I would say it's made by Simmons. The quick focus eyepiece is the same as the ProDiamond, and the provided scope caps are the same.
