Hi all!
I need some help with getting a cantilever barrel for my Remington 870 Express 20 gauge shotgun. In looking at the Cabela' s catalog for Hasting' s barrels, they show 2 20 ga types - lightweight and standard. The standard was going to be about 10 weeks out, so I ordered the " LW" - will this be ok? I' m having a lot of trouble getting the answer and when I went into Bass Pro & Gander Mountain, they didn' t seem to want to help (I' m a girl in my early 20' s, so I tend to get shrugged off)
I REALLY REALLY need some help on this. My serial# (I think, I got it off the packaging of paperwork) is C771184U, and the model/part# of the entire gun is 25597(Remington' s #).
The reason I worry, is that if you go to the following page in Cabela' s catalog, (the remington barrel section pg 419 in the Master Fall Catalog 2003) it says " The 20ga lightweight barrels will not fit 20ga standard guns" . So is that what I have, or not?
