So I am new here and hoping this is the correct place to post this question.

Has anyone ever heard of or used Rugged Rack Outfitters in Colorado. I am planning to elk hunt this fall, as a bachelor party gift, elk with the rifle. This will be my first elk hunt and 1st time out west.

I am looking for a good outfitter who can put me on some elk. I am not looking to kill the new state record, just a nice bull. Heck, even seeing one in range would be great!
I am guessing I will be getting an over the counter tag to make sure I can get one!

If you have any suggestions of a good guide that would be awesome. I know you get what you pay for and am hoping to spend around $3,500 on the guide service.
