that is the only foolproof way to go. sounds like these deer might be getting a hell of a lot of coon urine in their face. Dont go in trying to smell like something else, go in trying to smell like nothing. Any carbon clothign you have, dont put any scent on or it will absorb it and reduce its scent absorbing properties.
